How Long Does it Take to Install Johnny Jaws

Johnny Jaws can be installed in one day, right in your own shop, with any qualified mechanic.

Installing Johnny Jaws In Your Shop In One Day

Worried your truck is going to be down for a week while Johnny Jaws gets installed? Not the case. In most situations, Johnny Jaws can be installed in about one day. If you're doing it yourself, plan on four to six hours in your shop with your own tools. Any qualified mechanic can handle the work. You don't need to send the truck to a specialty facility, and you don't need to pull it from the route for an extended stretch.

The install is quick because Johnny Jaws bolts directly onto your front-load truck's existing front-fork assembly in the same place as your current bumper pads. The truck doesn't get modified in any significant way. Johnny Jaws is powered by your truck's existing pneumatic air system, so the connection is straightforward for any mechanic already familiar with front-load trucks.

Bolt the jaws on, train your driver, and get back on the route.
